As a participant on the panel, it is very important that we have correct information for your household. Updates may include people moving in and out of the home, including those leaving for university or college, any other changes to the television set or the attached equipment, like set-top boxes, or if you change your broadband provider. It is also important to let us know if the device has broken, been replaced, or is no longer in the home, or if you have recently added a new device.
